We offer a flexible pricing structure with a full, fee per fix or shadow support options. All our service agreements are customised to fit your business.

We provide a full IT support service for your organisation. Whether it be a single office location, or a collection of satellite offices, we can provide remote or on-site support to keep you up and running.
Our full service includes proactive monitoring, asset management, quarterly reporting, strategy planning and daily health checks.
If you feel your IT issues are fairly far and few between, or if you feel your business does not require a full support solution, then perhaps a fee per fix option is the fit for purpose choice.
We will be on standby to field your calls when they happen and in most cases, attend to your issue almost immediately.
Our fee per fix option is not limited to remote support. If required we will visit your site to attend to the issue.

Our shadow support option is designed to be there as backup to a site that already has an IT support person/team in place, or a person that is IT competient. The service is designed for us to be on hand to assist with the more complex issues, project roll-outs, office moves or system upgrades.
We can also cover for holiday periods or sick leave.
Within minutes we can remote control onto your system. Our remote control software is provided by LogMeIn, a safe and secure environement, that only we can access.
To enable the tools for this, you first need to install the LMI client onto your PC. Click on the "install LMI client" below to download and run the installtion wizard.
