We believe in a Direct-Line support service, rather than a helpdesk call logging support service. In order to achieve this, Oragon recognises the importance of been flexible and assigns each client with a nominated Site Support Engineer who will be responsible for accepting calls and ensuring that the appropriate steps are taken.

All our support models include Proactive Support & Monitoring. We offer a flexible pricing structure with either a fee per fix or fixed rate contract. All our service agreements are customised to fit your business.
